Staff Product Designer with 10+ years in enterprise B2B, B2C and SaaS (Nintex, FPT Software, WhipMobility). My work spans Product Design, multi-theme design system architecture, and team leadership, plus mentoring designers through ADPList.

What I Do

I lead enterprise UX product design and design systems, using AI agentic design and workflow automation to close the design-to-dev gap. Results: 40% faster delivery at FPT Software, 25% higher retention at WhipMobility, and 50%+ dev-effort savings across 8+ teams.

Where I’m Headed

I’m relocating to Europe — open to visa sponsorship — to join a product design team and work on design systems while mentoring the next generation. I’m most energized by scaling design thinking, building inclusive team culture, and shipping products that matter.
